Hey, I looked up your book, sounds good and I'll give it a go if I can find a free download, or maybe I'll order it from library if not.  I'm afraid that the plastic bag inserts in my wellies will have to be addressed before any actual expenditure on such.

Sounds like you are a bit twisting your head around matters you have no personal control over above the above.  My advice being relinquish all of your money and assets to me, that way you will be too busy struggling for survival to be getting your head all turned round that way.  :) ... Take it from me, I have personal experience and truly, I'm quite sure it is a most plausible remedy!
But seriously, you can only control that which is of yourself, and surely that is job enough for any person?

Ok then... Ethics.  We are back to Truth again.  Surely it is unethical not to be truthful, because of course the pure and simple truth "is" ethics, isn't it?  But... to quote Oscar Wilde, "The pure and simple truth is rarely pure and never simple"!  However...whatever the truth is, it is the truth.  How one deals with their truth is then down to personal taste, and this may well be denoted by ones tradition and values, but to remain ethical, it is of significance that one remain within the truth however one chooses to deal with it, otherwise what are tradition and values standing for?

Ok, with regards to time, light and classical versus quantum, I have my own theory which I think may solve all that.  It's on the forum if you want a read...

I'm looking forward to hearing sometime how you get along with "Seven Arrows"...  My crystal ball predicts some possibly quite interesting discussion emerging...

Thanks Timey :) Hopefully we will find that book somewhere, and then I will read it. That's a promise. Thinking of time again btw. The older you get the more interesting it seems to be, at least for me :) So....

1. if one connect the arrow to a locally described 'c' (which I definitely do).
2. Then you find several local constants, width, length, height, time.

Locally they will hold anywhere, but the 'globally described' ''universe'' won't. It will become 'plastic', doesn't matter whether you're describing it from a uniform motion, or an acceleration. I would call that turning ones head.

Actually it's a question about what one consider the foundations of science.
It becomes clearer once one made up ones mind, on that one.

What is a experiment?

So what defines the global interpretation. What unites 'space time'?
Logic

Lorentz transformations.

Yeah, wished I was a clear thinking man, but I aint.I'm just the same as you. Not perfect, although maybe someone 'perfect' exist. But then I would give him a 'finger' sort of :) And if that one can't take that? F** 'perfect', what about being a human?

You do live, and hey, then you die ;)
What about it, what do you want to leave behind you?

I don't know. I put a lot of importance in trying to be one I won't be ashamed of.
So, what about you? Do you think it doesn't matter?
Maybe you're right, but I made a choice.
Did you?

I'm old :) and so are a lot of the other guys, and gals, here.
Experience counts.

Youth cults do have their place, they dream. But when business use them they start to stink.

That depends, doesn't it?
How valuable do you think yourself to be?

I will tell you this, you're worthless statistically, but individually you're the most important thing I can think of.
That's why I bother writing.

So physics? And the universe? Does it exist?
It better, cause I'm here, at least :)

And so are you.
And the mathematics still works out, not perfectly, as we still have to join QM to Relativity, but they works experimentally. They make a change, as your laptop does. Anyone still remembering the times without one? Well, they existed. At least as I remember it.

It's not a pleasant thing, but it's needed. You need to wake up. If you don't we fail.

And listening, to yourself, and to others. It's not about money, greed has no place here. Honor does, love does.

And if you make a 'movement' out of this I will be the first one making fun of it. It's no movement, it's about you, and me too. And trying.

It's weird, I don't want to write anymore?
I don't want to be clever. I just want to understand. Now a  days it takes me a bottle of single malt to write, why?
Tell me if you see what I see. I see ourselves losing ourselves.

Why do you do it?

You want to be true?

Remember this, you live, and then you die.
What you do in between, is you...

Don't back down.

So maybe it's all a dream. But it's also your dream.
What about your dream?

Is this what it is?
F* that. You have better dreams.
