Could we find life on Saturn?

Is this true Indian scientists invented in Saturn water is found there? If any chance live in Saturn?

Apparently liquid water on / in Saturn's moon Enceladus.

Some scientists have speculated about life developing and evolving in the mid and upper atmospheric layers of gas giants.  There's not yet any evidence of it having actually occurred, but it doesn't seem to be impossible.
