I want to stop my aging process , How should I do it without drugs ?

Die, and reincarnate in a new younger body.
I will not do that ....

THERE IS NO REINCARNATION !!!
WHY DO YOU FOOL YOUR SELF ?

I'm 3 times your age and 3 times less liable to fool myself. I can hypnotize people and regress them into past lives. When you see someone you know acting out another personality, then it gets you thinking on different lines.
I wanna know my self hypnotize me ha ha ha. You can't go through my mind.I can't fall for your hypnotize tricks LOL.

there is nothing past life prove me wrong.

Travel really, really fast. I've heard that photons do not age because they are travelling so fast that they do not experience time (i.e. the more you travel in one of the '4' dimensions, the less you must travel in the others, as time is one of those, if you travel in the physical dimensions really fast, then you will not experience time)
Or you could just not worry about it, though it does add a new meaning to the faster you go, the younger you are!

You'd still age the same way in your reference frame.  It's just that if you turned around and stopped and went back to your starting point, everything will have aged a lot more.

I don't expect you to do anything. I'm just stating the fact that meat is an essential part of a healthy diet.

I love animals too, especially beef, pork and poultry ;) /provocative mode

Well I don't think that is factual.
I have been a veggie for over 40 years, I was quite a good Ultra Distance runner, ran from Mizen Head to Malin Head in Ireland (430-ish miles) to celebrate my 40th Birthday, I turned 60 this year and ran from Glasgow to Edinburgh (60 miles) on the day of my 60th birthday, all on a veggie diet that excludes meat and fish. I am not a "card carrying" veggie, just like to live and let live as it were, and I am also aware of the inconsistencies in my diet ( I eat Cheese )
Feel reasonably fit and am told that I appear younger than my years

I am no pro, but i was reading up on the red sea urchin and some of them can live to over 200 years. And even then they don't die from old age, rather from being eaten, fished or dying from parasites.

It looks like their cells can replicate indefinately because they have high telomerase activity, meaning the cells telomeres don't get shorter over time as they too are able to replicate during cell replication thanks to the telomerase. Apparently most species lack of telomerase as they age due to an adaption to decrease the risk of neoplasts (cancer as i understand it).

Ironically, there are an unusaully low amount of sea urchins with cancer, i think it's like four reported cases for all the species.

So maybe increasing telomerase activity in our cells is the key to longevity.
