for many times I had that dream, when I realized it was a dream, it was not true at that moment, but still I couldn't wake up, although I so much wanted to! It was like something was dragging me. It feels so horrible and scary. My mom said it was ghost hunting... But any other explains?

thank you.

Probably it was the physiologic inhibition of your muscles during deep sleep.

It sounds like sleep paralyisi to me.

A fairly common experience, and very frightening if you don't understand it.

Yes, I intended the same thing.
Sometimes when I was a boy, I felt paralized, I wasn't sure to be awaken, but it was very scary. Years later I understood what it was.

yes, it is still very scary because at the dreaming time you dont you have this concept that ITS HARMLESS AND YOU WILL BE FINE. just like ghost, just horrific.
