Atoms can move.  They're also made up of smaller particles that are also moving.  If you can make your question more specific we might be able to answer it in better detail.

do the smaller particles of an atom move in a particular way or they just move in any direction? If it's a specific way then what's that if not then do the atom loose it's smaller particles?

They move according to the rules of quantum mechanics, which is the theory governing the motion of very small things.  This explains why they all stick together and don't just fly apart (they're all attracted to each other enough to stay in an atom).
