Gert asked the Naked Scientists:

I would like to make a suggestion for a themed show (I actually got two, but I submit them as separate entries, so that you can better handle them).

My suggestion is to have a show that debunks scientific or "normal" hoaxes/extraordinary claims. Something in the line of Penn & Teller's "Bullshit!" show (e.g.
- a little bit rough language at times), but with a more scientific approach.

There's quite a bit quasi science out there that people tend to believe in (simple solutions to complex problems). If you want subjects for the show, there's an American show called "Cost to Coast" (http://www.coasttocoastam.com/) which spreads extraordinary claims.

If not a show of its own, it could perhaps be a reoccurring ten minute portion of your show.

What do you think?
