Lyle Rawlins  asked the Naked Scientists:

Hi there,

My question is: Why is it some mornings when you wake up if feels as though some giant has first tried to break you in half over his knee and then tossed you on top of a rock pile.

There are mornings when I wake that it is really painful just to get out of bed and others that I feel no pain at all.

I have become hooked on all the Naked Scientists podcasts.

Keep up the good work!

Best regards,

Lyle Rawlins
