What's hard to understand is why the man who went for surgery to have a gangrenous leg removed can't sue his doctor for cutting off the wrong leg, then having to go back and remove the one he was supposed to remove in the first place.  His lawyer was Sue Yu and she told him he didn't have a leg to stand on in court.
