because of the existince of nuclear fission, sonofusion exists to.
My question, what is sonofusion?(I have found very little information, butt maybe i didn't search enough)

I think you just didn't search enough.

Just type "sonofusion" into a google search and you get loads of links, e.g.

I watched  a very interesting horizon program about that. They  paid for the experiment to

be repeated under proper scientific scrutiny.

Unfortunately it didn't work. but the star in the jar effect was awesome. it actually does look like a star in a jar

Just a quick update on this subject,by an amazing coincidence  the horizon program which investigated this very subject is on sky channel 564  uktv docs right now  its called

An experiment to save the world,  An attempt to make nuclear fusion

 and is again repeated at midnight or at 1 am on uktv docs+1. it is actually quite an interesting program if anybody wishes to watch it.
