I'm not sure which nitrogen would most likely to protonate in this structure.

The one on the top right. The other two have their lone pairs involved shared (in the carbamate and in the aromatic system).

Would it be an unworthy suspicion to suggest that you might be trying to get us to do your homework/assignment for you?
Generally, if you're posting a question about something that looks like an assignment it's a good idea to mention why you're interested otherwise if people think someone's just trying to use us to avoid having to think, they get a bit grumpy.

How in the world can anyone serious enough about chemistry to be attempting to do nat prod isolation and modern spectroscopy not look at that structure and laugh like a baboon on meth?
