the eustachian tube runs from the middle ear to the pharynx

so getting smoke up it is possible..  the only thing stopping an exit is the ear drum. However this *can* be 'perforated' medically using grommets (which is a little 'hole' wrapped in a ring of plastic like a shoe lace hole) which would allow for smoke to exit from the ears.

Possible - 'yes' with an 'if..' and 'no' with a 'but...'

I do recall an old school friend of mine who claimed his grandfather could do this. But he was Welsh, so perhaps I misunderstood when he said "Moy graandfarther caan blew smorke out ov his yeers".

I believe the physiologist JBS Haldane had the ability to blow smoke from at least one ear (he smoked a pipe)!

When I was little, I used to get bad ear infections, and so I had tubes put in my eardrums, which are basically little plastic tubes fitted into a hole made in the eardrum.  The effect of this was that if I plugged my nose and blew out through it (like you might do on a plane to equalize the pressure), the air would come out through my ears.  If I had taken up smoking a pipe at age 8, I guess I could have done this...

Similar to the Eustachian tube, the tear duct drains tears from the eyes down behind the nose.

I have seen videos of people who drank milk and then pumped it into their eyes.

So I guess in principle you could blow smoke out of your eyes (but I'm not clear why anyone would want to...).
