STAINLESS STEEL SOAP
« on: 12/02/2006 19:05:10 »

A friend mentioned the bars of stainless steel "soap" - those bars which are shaped like soap bars but are made of stainless steel.    They are apparently good at removing smells, like onion smells, from one's hands.

A question - how do they work?

Hi Lynda,

I have seen this answered here before ages ago...I wish I could remember for you but I am sure it's something antibacterial about the steel that acts against the odours and germs....

I do hope we get the proper explanation soon.....cos I want to know too.

Men are the same as women.... just inside out !!

It sounds like the steel is acting as a catalyst.
