Did the universe start with marajon neutrinos?

i read from "neutrino" by frank close that the universe could have started with marajon neutrinos from the big bang what do you think?

If they came from the big bang then they didn't start the universe!  I don't know the term marajon neutrino and I am relieved to say that neither does google.  Could you provide a link to something or perhaps check spelling.  I would have thought that any ideas from the gresham prof of physics would have leaked onto the net.
