If you had bothered to look at your question there, you would have found that it was under active discussion.  Why would people answer you twice, simply because you asked the same question twice?

I am mildly surprised anyone bothered to answer such a curtly phrased, ill-defined question even once.
My recollection of Baku is that the people were much more polite.

Observe; collate; conjecture; analyse; hypothesise; test; validate; theorise. Repeat until complete.
