At long last, how to drive your electric razer 4ever, and some other stuff, not as important, of course.

Too good to be true?

Seems to be a out-shot from the Papp machine. With Feynman :)

Frankly I am fairly happy with a normal electric motor for my electric razor.

Inless I am missing something it is an motor for changing electrical energy into rotational.  I think our present electric motors are pretty damn efficient.

It claims to be just a replacement for the "combustion" in an internal combustion engine with a process that excites and de-excites a plasma electronically rather than combusting a fuel/air mixture.  I don't know much about plasma physics, so I can't comment on it.  It would definitely have to beat other electronic motors we have in efficiency, since there are other well-tested motors that convert electricity to mechanical power.

However, when they say this:

They know that according to the conservation of energy theory (NOTE the "theory" here, as this is sometimes refereed to as "LAW"), that no energy can be produced without a direct proportion of heat,
it makes baby Boltzmann cry.

Can't help being fascinated though, it's such a wild dream, SF but 'real'. Just for a few dollars you can live the life of an adventurer, all from the comfort of your sofa.
