   Hi Chris,

I listened to another very informative talk on Redi's show today thank you.

On the question from a caller about the cool beach sand in Phuket versus the hot beach sand in South Africa - Well for years I have considered the same question when I discovered the beaches in Mauritius to be cool as well and can only think that it has to be the crushed coral.

Our beaches in SA are mostly sand whereas the beaches in Mauritius and I would guess Phuket as well are made up of mostly coral.

Hope this helps a it in solving the conundrum.

Keep up the fantastic work & regards

Andy Crawley
