Dearest Shakey-Water-Off-Stuff-Ologists,

As a sheepy I of course luff to shake water off stuff. It’s all I think about. From the moment I awake to the time I fall asleep, shaking water off stuff monopolises every waking moment.

Look, here I am shaking water off a shaver

Me Shaking Water Off A Shaver Earlier Today

Nice eh ?

So, ewe can imagine my surprise when after the first vigorous shake there was still water adorning my shavers’ end. It took a few more vigorous shakes for the shaver to be water free !!

Why’s that then ?

Why didn’t all the water drops come off after the first shake ? What kept some drops hanging on ?

I didn’t shake any harder on the 2nd 3rd or 4th shake !!

As a firm believer in empirical study I have spent all day observing water drops being shaken off various stuff from an egg to a cat and the results are the same as above !!...amazing eh ?.....incredible !!

If ewe can help me know this then I will then know it....which is nice !

Thank ewe for your kind consideration in this matter.

Hugs and shmishes

Mwah mwah mwah

I've no idea, but that must be a really old razor cos it's in black-and-white. I used to have a black-and-white telly, but I never had a black-and-white razor.

I can only assume you are in a clingy water area Sheepy.

I myself live in a hard water area, which makes taking a bath most unpleasant I can tell you!  Although as a result everyone I want to speak to in the street has a tendency to stand well upwind from me and shout (usually insults)!

When I used to live in a clingy water area it was all I could do to go to the pub by myself or not have my water ringing me up every 5 minutes!

yes, it is an old shaver...circa 2009....oh my !!..those were the good old days eh Geezer ?

Making it B & W saved me resizing it to accommodate the 128k limit !..I just could not be bothered to re-size so I just gray-i-fied it instead !

Actually, the B & W photo has just made me think of another kwality kweschun !

Well....I'm convinced...thanks Peppercorn.

I am sure ewe are modest regarding the nasal luff of your eloquent bouquet.

As far as bathing is concerened....well...it's not my birthday till February...perhaps, I'll move into a hard water area by then !  ;)

For a Sheepy...
You should be directing this question to your favorite sheepdog!!!!!

Of course, the bigger question is why the dogs want to come to their owners before shaking off?

Q. Why Does Some Water Still Cling On After The First Shake ?

A. In your shaver example adhesion must be stronger than cohesion ...

This is of course correct CliffordK !...it must be a 'pack' mentality thing !...what ewe should do is reciprocate the gesture when egressing the shower !
