John -  Again, we don't know in a great detail.  I mean, clearly of course, if you sneeze, then you're producing a lot of virus into the immediate vicinity of you.  So, coughing and sneezing Ėbeing symptomatic - those symptoms probably do aid the spread of the infection quite a lot.  Thatís why you know, blowing your nose in a tissue and disposing of it properly is a good idea. But in detail, we don't know.  Itís incredible that we don't know very well but we don't.
