Justin asked the Naked Scientists:
   Good day Dr. Smith,

I have a question I would like to ask with regards to cancer treatment.

Is it possible that Hydrazine Sulphate could be an alternative to Chemo therapy. I've seen the terrible side effects that people sufferring or dying of cancer go through when having Chemo Therapy treatment but have heard that Hydrazine Sulphate could be an alternative treatment just as good as Chemo without the dreadful side effects.

Look forward to your responce. I normally listen to you on Talk radio 702 here in Johannesburg.

Kind regards,

Justin

It doesn't work.
"A review of the clinical research concluded that hydrazine sulfate has never been shown to act as an anticancer agent; patients do not experience remissions or regressions of their cancer, and patients do not live longer than non-treated patients.[5][14][15] Some academic reviews of alternative cancer treatments have described the compound as a "disproved and ineffective treatment for cancer""
