Wiki wiki wiki wacky woo !!!...wicky is williant here's a link http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countries

quote:

From Wiki Waky Wookipedia
Following the referendum held in Montengro on May 21, 2006, it seems likely that Serbia and Montenegro will be dissolved into its component republics of Serbia and Montenegro by the end of 2006, likely increasing the number of total countries and UN states to 244 and 192, respectively. This process is not automatic, however, and this list reflects Serbia and Montenegro's continued existence as a unitary sovereign unit until its legal termination.

Neither Scotland nor Wales are on the Wiki list of countries.  Neither are sovereign states, but both are regarded as countries in their own right (they both have national sports teams in many sporting events, and have clear national boundaries, even if they do move a bit occasionally).
