To any moderator reading this. Please consider moving this thread rather than deleting it.
I feel very sad for Jason and his daughter. I have been watching his videos for some time now. I know him to be an honest guy and I know how hard it can be to ask for help sometimes. Although a trip to Universal Studios may seem like a small thing I'm sure he probably has lots of medical bills to deal with as well. I would also think a little extra money could help make Ariel's last months more enjoyable. Please donate a few dollars if you can. If you can't give anything then please help spread this video by mirroring it on your channel or just give this one a like or add it to your favorites.

You can also join my personal fight against cancer by running a program on your computer that lets you do scientific research that could lead to the next generation of cancer fighting drugs.

Someone so young should not have to be told she has months to live or that she won't see next year.

This is a sad story...
Not particularly "Science Related".

In the video, it mentions that the "Make a Wish" foundation only allows one wish per child...  with little explanation of why the Harry Potter wish would exclude the child.

I'm glad you've posted this - it very definitely has a place here. Do you have a Facebook page for this as well? That would provide a better way for people to link to it so that those who are interested in finding out more can ask questions easily and get a better idea of how it may affect their machine. I'm not sure I'd want to run it on my machine as my monthly download limit is tiny and my netbook tends to run at full blast most of the time (judging by how hot it gets), but most people will have a better connection and a machine which is on most of the day doing very little, so the idea of helping cure cancer with it should sound highly appealing to them.

It makes me sad knowing this, and so unfair to a young one.
I wish you my very best Ariel.

It wouldn't surprise me if Harry Potter is real, in some magic dimension.
It's just a question of faith.

yoron.

PS: I know a guy that has quite some followers on FB. I'll see if he can't put up a link there to the video. But it's a Swedish site.
