Quantum Uncertainty vs experimental error

Hi folks,

A while back I created a diagram to illustrate the diference between uncertainty and experimental error. See the Gaussian diagram below Eq. (12) (http://home.comcast.net/~peter.m.brown/qm/gauss_state.htm

The a in that diagram below the arrow is the expectation of X, the position of the particle.
