Cryonics, a good idea??
« on: 14/07/2012 17:11:51 »
I've been doiing a lot of reading lately about cryonics and it seems to be gaining in popularity however i wonder if it is a good idea? it seems sound to assume our medical knowledge will increase unfathomably in the future, but if a person dies of old age why be reanimated unless we solve the problem of aging however if we did solve that issue it creates a very bigger issue, there just isnt enough space to fit a growing population which then means we need to colonise other planets which poses another stumbling block needed to make reanimating people viable, is all of this worth it?
