Hi Chris

I ask how can i make sheet of clay 3x5 feet x 0.5 or 0.75inch thickness, the sheet of clay has characterizes of rigidity and durability, which type of clay used for this purpose?

Is there a way to added some other materials to the structure of the sheet of clay to increase its strength?

At least, the ancient Egyptians mixed straw with clay, to increase its strength...
The trick is to put strong fibers inside a matrix (of clay, in your case) and is used for example in fiberglass or carbon fiber materials (obviously not with clay  :) but with other matrixes).

1.  the ancients also put in ground up pots (ie already fired, used, and broken) - this toughens the resulting pot

2.  3 feet * 5 feet * 1/2 inch - no chance!  the reason floor tiles and roof tiles are made with an area 5-10% of your desired area is that the best size for clay tiles is between 8-15inches.  Not even paving stones 2 inches thick are made 5 foot long.  I think there are few everyday ceramics that could even support their own weight at that size/shape
