Helo everyone, pls help with this,if the human body is made up of about 50 trillion cells, does it mean that each cell has the 46 chromosomes or the entire human cell is made up of 46 chromosomes

Every (human) cell in the body except for the red blood cells has 46 chromosomes.  The red blood cells are "alive", but do not have chromosomes.

However, the chromosomes are most easily identified during cellular replication when most of the photos are taken.  Cells that are not actively dividing would be difficult to verify the
number or identity of the chromosomes.

Don't forget the gametes. Sperm cells and egg cells each contain only half the normal number of chromosomes  -- they only contain the haploid number (23) whilst normal cells contain the diploid number (46). This is so that when the egg is fertilised by the sperm the newly formed zygote has 46 chromosomes, half coming from your mother and the other half from your father.

I might add that mitochondrial chromosomes (which there may be a few copies) aren't counted in the 23 chromosomes above.
