Surely "GAGA" is universal?

A new genus of ferns was named after Lady Gaga. One of the reasons they gave was:

"And members of the new genus also bear a distinct DNA sequence spelling GAGA."

Surely every species will have the DNA sequence GAGA in their genome, somewhere?
...and probably very frequently throughout their genome, too?
