can a plant get cancer?

CAn a plant get cancer? if not why? If yes, which and how do they deal with it?

Anyway, trees can get burls, and there can be some cancer-like growths on trees, often due to parasites.  However, I don't believe that the plants have the cellular mobility such as macrophages that can go awry causing a systemic cancer without the involvement of parasites.
