Right now, is there any dark matter present with us in our rooms or bodies?

How do we know?

Yes there almost certainly is. It is present throughout the universe in varying densities and probably very smoothly distributed in the form of very small particles rather than large lumps because its nature does not cause it to clump very well.  Unfortunately it is very difficult to prove or measure the local density of dark matter because it only interacts via gravitation and is only detectable due to any gradients (due to varying density of dark matter) it may generate.  These gradients are totally masked by the large gravitational gradients caused by normal matter. like the earth, sun and moon.
