Tell us a little bit about the origin of the rock?
From Georgia (the country)?

It looks somewhat similar to a rock that I found here in Oregon, USA.  See some of the notes on that page.

What do you see around where you found it?  Granites?  Sedimentary rocks?

The striations and granules on your rock make me think it may be sedimentary in nature.  It is likely mineral rich, perhaps copper? 

Does a strong magnet (NdFe) stick to it?  Perhaps weakly, or only in a few places.

well yes it's from country Georgia, i can't say that i found it, because there is one huge hill full of these rocks and there's nothing magnetic in it i even checked it with metal detector   ;D
i don't know anything in geology so i'll attach picture of this hill 
and on the picture it seems lighter green but in reality it's much darker.
