Please look at this amazing video and comment?

Hi All

Please note I am not trying to promote Christianity
or any other religious faith. This video and others of those of the healer in question left me baffled. Was this a case of the powerful placebo effect or something very odd and unexplainable.

I know that the "healings" TV evangelists are amongst the most fraudulent 'low Live's" one can ever have the displeasure of coming across.

However, I believe this video and others around the activities of this particular faith healer, TB Joshua of Nigeria, are worth looking at and debating.

Please have a look at it and comment?

It is possible for skin ulcers associated with diabetes to heal without medical intervention.
[ ulcerated skin healing is not a miracle , if he grew back an amputated foot then I'd be converted to Jeezus. ]

The flies visible in the "before" image may actually be beneficial : fly larvae (aka maggots) can debride wounds enabling them to heal ... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Maggot_therapy

Chubby needs to take the advice of a dietician rather than a faith-healer if he wants to prevent/postpone amputation, i.e. adopt a diet which which will cause him to lose a couple of stone and keep his blood-sugar within normal range, ( high-blood-sugar makes tissue more susceptible to ulceration).

Infectious tropical diseases can cause Lymphedema where the legs swell up with lymphatic fluid ...
Quote from: wikipedia.org / Lymphedema
In tropical areas of the world, a common cause of secondary lymphedema is filariasis, a parasitic infection.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lymphedema#Causes

Quote from: who.int
When lymphatic filariasis develops into chronic conditions, it leads to lymphoedema (tissue swelling) or elephantiasis (skin/tissue thickening) of limbs and hydrocele (fluid accumulation).
http://www.who.int/mediacentre/factsheets/fs102/en/

Statistically a tropical infectious disease would be more probable than cancer in a 25 year old African.
