 :) Curious really I have no idea and I have looked and searched the internet for an answer! I also picked up a red ish stone which ive not taken a picture of it looks like the old red wax they used to stamp letters with..i also found some other sort I bet its lava rock..not a meteorite but would be nice! I have put these both in water overnight, and the crystals didnt go so its not salt, i cracked the brown one open and the crystals go thorough it..anyway any suggestions.

Thank you what are the crystals though in the open bits?

sorry looking for chert on the net their are alot of different types of rocks..they call jasper chert..so the red i found would be jasper then?: and the crystals are microcrystaline quartz and smokey quartz on the brown..sorry for my ignorance...im learning :) ;)
