Yes, I've had a chronic infection for awhile now that just doesn't want to go away.  I've always been prone to them.  May have to have surgery after it heals.

The problem with ruptures is they cause more scarring then simple tubes would have and less scaring means more hearing as the scarring can start to effect the ability of your ears to hear clearly! I am sorry about your ears... My sons always felt better after they ruptured or drained with the tubes, that pressure is painful!

The pain has subsided but my hearing has not returned, I can't hear much of anything in that ear.  Hope it comes back!  I can't stand this!  Nothing sounds right, esp. my music and it's driving me crazy!

I'm being treated with more antibiotics, which I hate cos they aren't working and they make me sick.

Last night was Led Zep III and Queen "in Nuce", this morning was a mix; Bob Kulick, John Petrucci, Jeff Scott Soto amongst others.

My friend Gian (from Cradle Of Filth) once said that I play like Yngwie Malmstein. I corrected him - Malmstein plays like me!
