Can you use 3D printers to repair teeth?

Paul Anderson asked the Naked Scientists:

It would be good if someone would design a fine nozzle for 3D printing for repairing teeth in situ. I am not keen on mercury in my mouth, even though a local dentist I know seemed to think there was no problem. I am sure there must be some leeching.

What do you think?
