Teach me how to read a Spectrophotometer Graph

How do know which pixel width to use how do you read section by section to identify hidden material?

Thats my first post the image size I had no control over I had to run through half a dozen resizers finally got one to download me back this has 192kb the graph pic 237kb the resizer dinkle at 28kb so if anyone wants a full size graph to look let me know I'll email you.

I don't see any axis labels or units. Without them the graph is meaningless... What am I looking at?
