Interesting...

So, the theory is that creation of a milieu with various chemicals was not enough to create life. And, that Earth required at least two phases of bombardment. 

The Early concretion phase, followed by a period of cooling, then a second phase of the late heavy bombardment. 

A question might also be whether such biphasic concretion is common for exoplanets.
