Googling  "rossum model"  "water quality"  seems to produce what you want. Why ask such an abstruse technical question here here?

Put the following:-  +"rossum model" +"water quality"  including all the plus signs and inverted commas into Google produces three references that should contain what you want I think.  you cmight get more by reducing the restrictions slightly.
