Going to your doc earlier than January would probably reassure you.
No x-ray, just talk and see...would be enough.
"Bad" things -so bad that we rarely name "them"- are typically indolent masses: no pain and little inflammation around.
I know that I'm not an expert (and I am 'breastless'!).
You did't mention if it is a left or right pain...
I wish you a spontaneous recover, with the help of cod liver oil, obviously!!!

Maybe it would reassure me, but I am enjoying the holidays with much cheer, vigor, and joy throughout!  I don't want to be bogged down a bit...yep, indolent is a good word this...masses...hmmm, I haven't been to mass in a while...lol  Just kidding...even though that part is true.

Breastless is much better than being breathless?  LOL  Left was the one which was being problematic at the time.  No pain today either...living pain free!  Woo Hoo!  Might've been just stress...?  Cod Liver Oil is good for many things too.

Whatever cod liver oil might do, it takes a really long time to be perceived...either vitamins A and D or omega-3 fatty acids work in the long run.
It's a wonderful placebo anyway, one of the best.

IKO, You bring up cod liver oil...you must sell it, I see or you wouldn't be bringing it up so much.  Has it done something spectacular for you healthwise?

Yes. It's been a wonderful placebo for me...and I'll remember it for the rest of my life.
I don't sell it, I buy it full price, but with the same enthusiasm of CLO dealers...Did you check: "CLO number one superfood?"...they sell it and believe it's great too!

Anyway, sometimes I'm more relaxed and joke about my CLO mania as everybody in this forum is doing about their things.
Take care

We are curious indeed, stuck with that silly hooping sheep all the time!
Did you read my 2 "hot" topics (monologues) about leukemia and about CLO (complementary med.)?
Take your time...it might sound too thick and condensed...I'm actually trying to do my best!

As long as that hopping sheep does not have hooping(minus the w)whooping cough...he should be okay.  No problem, will probably check out the threads...do you deal with anything on the omega 3, amino acids, or anything like that?  Just curious...  I like your LOL definition...pretty cool!  ;-)

Hi Loretta,
You may have spotted this post to Carolyn about omega-3 (CLO topic):

quote:
..So when you give fish oil you are giving omega-3 fatty acids mainly.
Omega-3 may have amazing effects on the human brain and they are currently being tested in patients with bipolar disorder (a type of psychotic depression): there are positive and negative reports, as usual. They just started few years ago...it is a promising field.
There is an interesting book about this by Andrew L. Stoll:
http://www.amazon.com/Omega-3-Connection-Groundbreaking-Anti-depression-Program/dp/0684871386
In proper doses you may be sure to give good nutrients (they come from the sea plankton!) and no toxicity. Even if they don't work, your kid will be safe and well nourished.
I don't know ADHD enough to reccomend anything, but speaking of nutritional supplement and reminding the paper cited at the beginning of this topic, I would suggest to alternate fish oil with CLO.
Vitamin D has also positive effects on the brain.
Check carefully expiring date and storage reccomended conditions: these oils may go rancid quick.

I reccomend that book: "The omega-3 connection"...it is a very interesting reading. These peculiar fatty acids seem to come directly from the plankton itself (the origin of life from the sea...) even fishes cannot synthetize these molecules! Isn't it fascinating? Our brain (or what is left of it!) craves on them...
Fish oils and flaxseed oil contain omega-3.
But only fish liver oils have omega-3 plus vitamin A and D...the magic recipe.
bye bye!
LOL (Long Overnight Lesson)
