Research suggests that vitamin D3 (calcitriol) may have therapeutic potential for treating and preventing MS. Calcitriol/vitamin D may stimulate remyelination in vivo.

Good suggestion on the D3. There is also promising data supporting the use of nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide [Niagen], as well as the iridoid catalpol in reducing MS-mediated demyelination.
