As a result of taking tablets to reduce blood pressure I suffer swollen legs and feet would diuretics help.

Herbal remedies are not regulated : the strength and purity is variable, they can contain toxic ingredients, and ingredients which can interact with other medications you may be taking ... http://whatstheharm.net/herbalremedies.html

Your doctor may be able to prescribe diuretic tablets, ( not herbal though ).

Rather what I thought but the tablets I had in mind were dandelion stocked by a reputable pharmacy

There's still no guarantee that today's batch of dandelions is as effective as yesterday's so quality control is still an issue.
(And I'm not sure that a pharmacy that stocks herbal remedies is all that reputable)
