organic apple vinegar, eh?

Here is a lecture from last April at the Stein institute on aging at the University of California, La Jolla called, "Arthritis From Snake Oil to Science and Success". It compares the <<real>> evidence of the benefits of appropriate exercise to stuff like organic apple vinegar.

PS:  Professor Middleton says he will teach you more about osteoarthritis and its care  than most GP's learned in school.
