Hi. I am in Puerto Rico. Since always i wanted to state a business. I have Been looking for the needs of clinical labs so in that way provide that need. I dont know what company to create or what services or products provide to the labs. I know that in here there is a lot of people that know what services or products bring to labs that can be highly profitable. Also if you know a company that bring such service that would be awesome. Thanks!!

Always think of the simplest solution first. Simply call such a lab and make an appointment to talk to someone who can give you that kind of information. Then go to the appointment and ask them what you can do to help fill their needs. I'm sure they already have people that fill their needs so you have to be prepared to explain that you want to do it better. Perhaps consolidate some of the services that other companies provide. E.g. if one company provides test tubes and another provides petri dishes then tell them that you'll be a company that provides both, cheaper, faster and won't charge for shipping. Be less concerned about profit and more concerned with making your customers happy. Everyone else is trying to maximize profits and that's why they find it hard to compete. Don't try to maximize profit. Try to maximize your customers happiness. Then as your company grows you'll have more and more happy customers and you'll make a lot of money from the lots of customers. Just not as much as you could have made. But the reason you'll get there is because you chose not to make as much as you can. Understand?

It would be worth looking at advice on customer care, I'm sure there will be some online.
Also remember the Pareto effect - 20% of the effort has 80% of the effect. So when you have decided on all the actions you could take to improve your service to customers, identify that 20% that will have the greatest effect. If you push beyond that 20% you risk getting into diminishing returns for your effort. Do the 20%, and do it really well.
