FOOD, WATER AND AIR
Going back to the dawn of humanity till today, the human understanding was that air and water do not cause weight gain of the body but they know that air and water are essential for maintaining of life.
As long as we can trace humans understanding about food, it was always assumed that food is essential for the sustaining of life and in same time that eating usually lead to weight gain and absence of food lead to weight loss.
Human understanding based on life experience and on everyday fact, always was that some people easily gain weight and some not so easily and that many never gain excessive weight, regardless of how much food they eat and how much they are physically active or inactive.
Fact is that by some people (“naturally thin people”” food intake does not lead to weight gain.
It means that for naturally thin people; food together with water and air are essential for sustaining of life but not causing weight gain of the body.
It was always a little a bit strange that some people always have same weight in time when food is available, but people didn’t get such a conclusion that intake of food is not important factor in weight regulation of the body because on the other side it was plenty example when regular food intake lead to weight gain by everyone and when absence or harsh restriction of food cause weight loss by everyone (by naturally thin, overweight and obese).
One fact, based on examples of starvation, clearly show that extremely reduction of  food intake for considerable amount of time, will cause weight loss to the point of skeletal proportion by everyone, it doesn’t mater is he naturally thin, overweight or obese.
It is obvious that completely absence of air will cause death by everyone before his body came to the point of skeletal proportion.
It is obvious that completely absence of water will cause death by everyone before his body came to the point of skeletal proportion.

One fact need to take in consideration is that completely absence of the food will cause death by everyone before his body came to the point of skeletal proportion.

Next fact based on example is that if people effected by starvation to the point of skeletal proportion, get enough food to eat on regular basis, in short time they will regain weight.
That lead to conclusion that still absence of food intake will cause weight loss and that intake of food will cause weight gain by everyone.
One contradictory fact came from humans space travel.
Since beginning of humans space travel it was known that weightlessness alters weight regulation of the body in such a way that whole body is affected by biological process of atrophy. Body’s losing muscle mass, bones mass and fat mass.
Intake of food in weightlessness doesn’t lead to weight gain by anyone. What is more striking is fact that intake of food in weightlessness won’t prevent or not even slow weight loss (atrophy).
It means that by absence of gravity, intake of food doesn’t play any role, concerning weight regulation of the body.
In weightlessness air, water and food are essential for sustain of the life but they don’t have any significance for weight regulation of the body.
Atrophy of the muscle tissues, fat tissues and bone tissues in weightlessness happen because of absence of mechanical stimulation produced by working against force of gravity (pull of gravity) on the fat tissues, muscle tissues and bone tissues.
In the weightlessness cosmonauts and astronauts spending great amount of time doing exercise on specially designed exercises’ machine and device and one of many reason for that is to slow atrophy of the muscle tissues, fat tissues and bone tissues.
In weightlessness only way to slow atrophy of the body and to the some extent counteract other negative consequences for health caused by absence of gravity is to provide the body with mechanical stimulation produced by working against forces of exercise machines.
It is some contradiction by intention of doing exercise in weightlessness and here on the earth.  In weightlessness it needs to do exercise to provide body with mechanical stimulation to prevent weight loss and here on the earth people doing exercise to lose weight.
It show that is something wrong with intention of doing of exercise hear on the earth.
Doing exercises in weightlessness and here on the earth with intention to maintain and/or to improve health situation and to maintain or to improve body composition concerning muscle muss and bone mass is mindfully intention.
It is for everyone clear that doing exercise in weightlessness with intention to lose weight it will be mindless intention.
Doing exercise here on the earth is accepted as reasonable way to lose excessive body weight accumulated in fat tissues.
Question is; is it here on the earth doing exercise with intention to lose fat mass mindfully intention or is it something wrong with humans understanding of regulating mechanism of the body weight and appetite.
Modern humans understanding of cause for building fat tissues is based on “counting calories” and it was introduced by the end of nineteen and beginning of twenty century.
Since then, it is accepted as unquestionable scientific fact that increased of food intake and/or decrease of physical activity is responsible for weight gain and that decrease of food intake and/or increase of physical activity are responsible for weight loss.
From such understanding came theory of cause for building fat tissues and it says; “unused calories intake body storage as fat tissues for late use”.
To support theory of building fat tissues already accepted as unquestionable scientific fact it came theory that because of genetically factors “different body’s burn energy at different speed”.
To support theory based on genetic (different body burn energy at different speed) came “hunter/gathered gene” theory and many another theories.
Each new theory is made up to support credibility of already existing one.
Every new theory is hailed as scientific break-through and quickly accepted as unquestionable scientific fact.............followed by increase of obesity in population of all age and gender.
In the end all these theories are made by people who think that metabolic waste is calories free. Just this fact show as that all theories about cause of fat formation on the body by humans and another mammals are wrong.
Examples of how weightlessness affects weight regulation by cosmonauts and astronauts show us that by absence of mechanical stimulation on the body will not only unable building fat tissues, muscle tissues and bone tissues but as well will cause atrophy of muscle, bone and fat mass. It means that by absence of mechanical stimulation on fat tissues body will not only be unable to build new fat mass but as well is unable to maintain existing fat mass.
Examples here on earth, by people with long standing illnesses, elderly and people affected with certain type injury show that absence of mechanical stimulation on fat tissues will cause atrophy of fat mass.
In weightlessness it is clear that body does not build fat tissues independent of quantity and quality of food intake, because of absence of mechanical stimulation on fat tissues produced by working against pull of gravity.
Here on the earth, pull of gravity constantly acting toward our body (toward each particle of our body) but presence of the pull of gravity alone is not enough for maintain of the bones, muscle and fat muss.
We have plenty examples were people are affected by biological process of atrophy and we can’t blame weightlessness because it is happening here on the earth.
Examples are; elderly people, people with long standing illnesses and people affected with certain type of injury are all losing weight.
Based on understanding’s that increase of food intake cause weight gain and that reduction of food intake cause weight loss, occurrence of weight loss by elderly, people affected with long standing illnesses and people affected with certain types of injury, was always understood as direct consequences of reduction of food intake caused by absence of appetite.
Understanding that increase of mechanical stimulation on the body cause weight gain (hypertrophy) and that decrease of mechanical stimulation on the body cause weight loss (atrophy) will give us this explanation.
Weight loss by elderly, people affected with long standing illnesses and people affected by certain type of injury is due to the decrease of mechanical stimulation on the body, below required level what is necessary for maintenance and absence of required level of mechanical stimulation on the body cause presence of biological process of atrophy. Presence of biological process of atrophy causes decrease of appetite, decrease of appetite cause reduction of food intake.
Weight loss by patient who undergoes weight loss surgery till now is attributed to forced reduction of food intake.
Weight loss surgery force restriction of calories intake but this fact is not that causing weight loss.
By patients who undergo weight loss surgery weight loss can be attributed only one factor and that is reduction of mechanical stimulation on the body caused by altering of the gait and body posture.
Absences of mechanical stimulation on fat tissues cause atrophy of fat mass.
Fact is that obesity surgery force modification of the gait and body posture.
Obesity surgery force modification of the gait and body posture on similar way as certain type of injury force modification of the gait and body posture
Underlining mechanism for weight loss by people who undergo any kind of weight loss surgery is same as by people with certain type of injury.
Occurrences of any weight loss by humans and as well by animals are due to reduced level (strength and/or duration) of mechanical stimulation below maintenance requirement.
Occurrences of any weight gain by humans an as well by animals are due to increased level (strength and/or duration) of mechanical stimulation above maintenance requirement.
It is known that many people by following some program for weight loss based on restriction calories are achieving weight loss. That fact misleads that still restriction of food intake directly cause weight loss.
The simple explanation of how reduction of food intakes causes weight loss is; restriction of food cause hungriness (and increased awareness) of the body. Prolong time of hungriness cause weakness of the body.
Weakness and increased awareness of the body are responsible for modification of the gait and body posture in such a way that lead to decrease of mechanical stimulation produced by working (walking, running, seating and standing) against pull of gravity.
By absence or restriction of the food intake, decreased level of strength and /or duration of mechanical stimulation are factor that is responsible for weight loss and as well factor that is responsible for maintains the life.
Restriction of food intake for considerable amount of time without restriction of mechanical stimulation on the body will not cause weight loss but destruction of life.
Decrease of strength and/or duration of mechanical stimulation on the body are fact that enables body to survive by prolonged absence or restriction of food. 
Reduction of food intake leads to decrease of mechanical stimulation on the body. Decreased level (strength and /or duration) of mechanical stimulation on the body, below level required for maintenance, is factor that is responsible for weight loss.
Reduction of food intake without reduction level (strength and/or duration) of mechanical stimulation on the body will not cause any weight loss. That explains why some people are unable to lose weight following restriction of calories intake.
By naturally thin people intake of food on regular basis and occasionally or frequently excessive food intake does not affect gait and body posture.
It is fact that increased level of physical activity by many people cause weight loss. It again led to understand that weight loss occur as direct consequences of spending more energy out than what is in food intake.
Simply to describe how is it happen is; by doing any physical activity we are using muscle and bones. 
Strength of muscle and strength (solidity) of the bones is what support body mass. By doing physical activity we are using muscle and bones. Simply to say; we are working with muscle and bones against pull of gravity. Increased physical activity men increased work against pull of gravity.
Increased working against gravity we are providing increased mechanical stimulation on the muscle and bones tissues. Response of the bones and muscle tissues to exposing increased mechanical stimulation is that build strength and in some case strength and mass.
Increased strength of the bones and muscle positively effect postural strength. Improvement in postural strength of the body is greatly contributing of habitually adaptation more optimal body posture.
Improvement of postural strength, followed by improvement in body posture is one fact that contributing to weight loss.
Another fact is that by increased physical activity in many case lead to improvement of physical balance of the body and motor skill ability what positively affect gait patterns.   
By doing any physical activity (walking, running, seating or standing) with balances gait and optimal body posture we are providing mechanical stimulation to the bones and muscle tissues but not providing mechanical stimulation to the fat tissues.
Working against pull of gravity with unbalanced gait and/or incorrect body posture we are providing mechanical stimulation not only to the bones and muscle tissues but as well to fat tissues.
We are not using fat tissues by doing physical activity with unbalanced gait and/or incorrect body posture but we are providing fat tissues with mechanical stimulation required for maintenance of fat mass or excessive mechanical stimulation what cause hypertrophy of fat mass.

Key for effective weight loss concerning fat mass is to do physical activity without providing mechanical stimulation to the fat tissues and that is possible only by adopting balanced gait and optimal body posture.
By doing physical activity we can’t avoid mechanical stimulation on the bones and muscle tissues because we are using muscle and bones tissues but we can avoid mechanical stimulation on the fat tissues because we are not using fat tissues by doing any physical activity.
Without use of muscle and bones we can’t do any physical activity.
Solidity of the bones and strength of the muscle is that support body mass against pull of gravity.
Providing mechanical stimulation on the bones and muscle is what maintain strength and mass of the bones and muscle tissues.
Working against pull of gravity with optimal body posture and balanced gait we are providing mechanical stimulation necessary for maintenance of the bones and muscle tissues and in same time causing absence of mechanical stimulation on the fat tissues.
Importance of physical activity for human’s wellbeing should be observed as means for providing mechanical stimulation on the body and not as means for burning calories.
People affected with long standing illnesses, elderly, and people affected with certain types of injury have one thing in common and that is that by their every day activity not providing required level of strength and duration of mechanical stimulation, necessary for maintain of normal biological process of the body.
It means presence of the force of gravity (pull of gravity) is not enough to maintain optimal biological process of the body; it needs required level of strength and duration of mechanical stimulation on the body produced by working against gravity.
Level of strength and duration of mechanical stimulations on the body, produced by working against pull of gravity regulate weight mechanism of the body and control energy intake (and as well water and air intake).
We can provide mechanical stimulation to the body even if we not directly working against gravity like by consciously or unconsciously contracting muscle. In this way we are still providing body with some mechanical stimulation but this kind of mechanical stimulation are meaningless for maintaining optimal biological process in the body.
Forcible intake of any amount of food above existing appetite will not cause weight gain, not even will stop weight loss by elderly, people with long standing illnesses, people affected with certain type of injury and people affected by weightlessness and all food intake above existing appetite level body will discard as metabolic waste.
It means that absences of mechanical stimulation on the body is responsible for atrophy of the body (weight loss) in weightlessness and hear on the earth.
Most of mechanical stimulation produced by working against gravity is coming from impact forces. Impact forces appear each time when we are touching ground with the foot by transferring body weight from one leg to another (by walking, running and jumping). This impact forces are spreading from bottom of the feet to the rest of the body providing mechanical stimulation to the body.
Walking with unbalanced gait has consequence of to the some degree of falling from one leg to another and that has consequences of producing stronger impact forces each time by touching the ground with the foot.
It means that one kind of mechanical stimulation on the body is impact forces produced by walking, running and jumping.
Another kind of mechanical stimulation is produced by indirectly working against pull of gravity and they are product due to incorrect body posture.
This kind of mechanical stimulations are most undesirable because not only the negatively affect shape of the body like double chin and, but greatly are responsible for many health condition.
Beside air, water and food, one more factor is essential for maintaining life by humans and that factor is mechanical stimulation.
Human’s and animals requires food (food, water and air) in order to maintain own life. To maintain weight (muscle tissues, fat tissues and bone tissues) it needs mechanical stimulation. Absence of mechanical stimulation will cause biological process of atrophy on whole body (muscle tissues, fat tissues and bone tissues).
 Our life depends of air, water, food and mechanical stimulations produced mainly, by working against pull of gravity.
Still in weightlessness environment we can in small extent provide mechanical stimulation on the body by working on specially designed exercise machine but it is largely insufficient for maintaining optimal biological process in humans.
Only by working against gravity we are providing optimal mechanical stimulation to our body.
Weight gain can be attributed to the only one factor and this factor is presence of biological process of hypertrophy caused by excessive mechanical stimulation on the body.
Weight loss can be attributed to only one factor and this factor is biological process of atrophy caused by absence of required level (strength and duration) of mechanical stimulation.
Double chin is correlated with excessive body weight and is mainly caused by excessive mechanical stimulation due to incorrect body posture.
For examples; adopting optimal body posture will cause absence of mechanical stimulation in many parts of the body and one of them is place under the chin. Absence of mechanical stimulation on fat tissues under the chin will cause atrophy of the fat mass under the chin.
It is easy to prove that adopting optimal body posture (habitual or by using consciously effort) will cause disappearance of double chin in e few weeks.
Intake of food in most case lead in some small extent to change of body posture and mostly in change way of motion (locomotion) and that factor is responsible for weight gain.
Intake of food alone will not produce any weight gain. Clear examples are people with long standing illnesses.
Another example is people who spend some time in weightless environment.
Starvation causes weakness in the body. Weakness causes change of motion in such a way that we are by walking and running producing weaker impact forces. Weaker impact forces are mean in same time lower strength of mechanical stimulation on the body
Change of motion is factor what causes decrease strength of mechanical stimulation below level required for maintenance on the body and that affect biological process in the body in such a way that body build of weight.
What is required level of mechanical stimulation depends of the strength and size of the body.
Absence of air in a few minutes will cause destruction of live.
Absence of water in a few days will cause destruction of live.
Absence of food in a few weeks will cause destruction of life.
Absence of mechanical stimulation in a few months will cause destruction of life.
Low quality air or high quality air doesn’t have a direct effect on gaining or losing weight, but they have a direct effect on the health.
Low quality water or high quality water doesn’t have a direct effect on gaining or losing weight, but they have a direct effect on the health.
Low quality food or high quality food doesn’t have a direct effect on gaining or losing weight, but it has a direct effect on the health.
Quality of each of those three substances determines the health situation not only in humans, but in every living organism.
But none of them is directly responsible for gaining or losing body weight.
We have to put food in place where it belongs, with air and water.
People concerning for weight and shape of own body are not afraid to breathe air.
People concerning for weight, shape and health of own body are not afraid to drink water.
People concerning for weight and shape and health should not be afraid to eat food.
For weight control, shape of the body and as well for health of the body, people should take attention of their gait and body posture, postural strength, postural stability, and gross and fine motor skill ability.
Quantity and quality of mechanical stimulation what we are providing to own body is determined by the gait (way of motion), body posture and level of motor skill ability.
Improvement and/or maintain of the gait, body posture and gross and fine motor skill ability is the only way to control and maintain weight and shape of the body and effective way to maintain and to improve health situation.
By doing nearly any physical activity here on the earth we are working against pull of gravity. By working against pull of gravity, we are providing body with mechanical stimulation. Mechanical stimulation mainly, produced by working against pull of gravity is factor what maintain and build mass of the body, maintain and improve strength of the immune system.
Restriction of the food intake causes restriction of mechanical stimulation on the fat tissues but as well restriction of mechanical stimulation on the bones and muscle tissues.
Adopting more balanced gait and optimal body posture cause restriction of mechanical stimulation on fat tissues bat in same time providing mechanical stimulation on the bones and muscle tissues.
Just occasionally using consciously effort to maintain optimal body posture will positively affect postural stability, strength of the muscle and strength of the bones.
Producing mechanical stimulation to the body to the some extent is possible without working against pull of gravity, like by doing exercise on exercise machines in the weightlessness or by consciously or unconsciously contracting muscle.
Maintaining and improving motor skill ability and maintain and improving level of physical balance is possible only by working against pull of gravity.
It shows that all existing theories and assumptions about cause of fat formation on the body are in scientifically term worthless and in practical term are dangerous for human’s health and wellbeing.
Understanding basic mechanism of weight regulation of the body will enable to understand any occurrences of weight loss and any occurrences of weight gain by humans and other mammals.
To force children to do exercise with intention to burn calories is act of insanity.
To provide children with opportunity to improve motor skill ability, strength, balance, postural strength and stability, is caretaking.
Motor skill ability, physical balance, physical strength postural stability and postural strength are in strong and undivided connection to each other.
Common physical activity or exercises, that contributing improvement in physical balance is in same time greatly contributing improvement of motor skill ability.

Food Water And Air is good for our health without it.It is not possible to do.so You can take it.

That "fact" isn't true.
Since it comes fairly early in your post I guess you thought it was important.

I stopped reading once I spotted the first error.
