That is not a meaningful statement. In cosmology the Big Bang isn't an event, it's a theory. The belief that the universe was born at a moment called "the big bang" is misinformation. Consider what Peebles has to say about this in his text Principles of Physical Cosmology. From page 6

The notion that the universe is infinitely old doesn't change the Big Bang theory one iota.
