Did dark matter / energy create the big bang?
« on: 28/07/2015 12:50:01 »
David asked the Naked Scientists:

Is there any evidence to say that Dark Matter or Energy was created in the Big Bang or Could it be that Dark Matter or Energy was always there and acted as a Catalyst for the Big Bang to take place??

I am guessing that there has to be space and time created first before the Big Bang can take place and form either another version of the Space and Time or to remain the same within the dimensions of the existing space and time for the Big Bang to exist?

What do you think?
