Should governments be breeding phytoplankton?
« on: 29/07/2015 14:50:01 »
Paul asked the Naked Scientists:

If phytoplankton has decreased by 40% in the past 50 years, should governments be breeding and farming phytoplankton?

I don't suppose the fishing industry would be interested in doing it because it would not be a money making  venture in itself, even if down stream it had spin offs.

What do you think?
