Naturally Boosting Your Liver
« on: 17/08/2015 17:55:24 »
The liver is an extremely important part of the body for a number of reasons. The liver produces bile, which breaks down fats in the small intestine. It also produces certain proteins for blood plasma. The function of the liver is sometimes under-rated, as well as it's ability to help boost other areas of the body.

Getting the health benefits from a healthy liver doesn't have to be difficult. With the right combination of diet and supplements, one can boost their liver, thus boosting their:

- Metabolism
- Nutrition
- Immune System

There's many resources online on how to maintain a healthy liver, but this blog article I found here is one of the best for explaining how to achieve a healthy liver.

It goes over foods that boost your liver, what could be hurting your liver, and some supplements to get you started.

What's your thoughts? How do you keep a happy and functional liver?

The most effective/clinically-recognized hepatoprotective supplements available:

1. N-acetylcysteine [NAC]

2. Tauroursodeoxycholic acid [TUDCA]

3. Polyenephosphatidylcholine [PPC]
