So what do they do?

Read any good quantum physics textbook - please! They do lots of things, but orbiting around a nucleus is not one of them.

He is losing nothing, but you are losing a unique opportunity to explain your theory.

... all evidence shows that assumed properties ware invented and then experiments tailored to support invented properties ware deliberately misinterpreted...

You have failed to show any evidence for your assumption...
Your questions show you have failed to research this area sufficiently...
You have shown poor understanding of basic principles eg use of geiger counter...
You have demonstrated a poor understanding and application of critical reasoning...
You have failed to provide a description of your alternative ideas...
You have failed to take the opportunity to discuss your ideas...

It is hard to understand why you think anyone should accept you as a credible source of information...

Until you are prepared to offer a credible theory with substance it is pointless continuing this discussion.
