You could copy Howard Johnson's permanent magnet motor or Reidar Finsrud's perpetuum mobile, both openly tested.

Or make your own BPP diametric drive, like the EmDrive: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/White%E2%80%93Juday_warp-field_interferometer.

The easiest design is a set of prefab metal rings: google.com/search?q=%22persistent+current%22.
