Well it wasn't a boring day but it was fairly stressful. Now it is time to go home but I note from the internet that the M25 is moving at an average speed of 9mph in the direction I have to go in, and there seems a 50 minute delay to get across the Dartford Bridge. This would turn a 50 minute journey into a 2 hour+ one, so I think I will hang about here for a while. It's always bad at this time, really bad on Fridays, and unbelievably bad when the Friday is the start of a long weekend (This Monday is a holiday in England). D'oh!

Well "Graham.d" I am  so sorry Your day was so stressful... Days like that seem to peel away layers of our life..... I hope you will now be able to relax and de-stress.

 Please have a safe jouney home once the traffic has disapated some across the Bridge!
It can be doubly hard to add that two a fairly stressful day. I think you very wise to delay.

 When you get home plan a day to self pamper because you need to do that for yourself as well as for your family. Rest and hug your family and relax!!!

I'm home and had my evening meal, gave a hug to my wife and a virtual hug to my grown up kids, one who lives in Vancouver and the other a mere 100 miles away, and watched a bit of TV.

I work in the semiconductor industry. This is usually a conversation stopper at parties I've noticed, so I usually say I work for MI5.

Today I had a second dose of my new medicines and I must say That as of yet I do not notice a big difference, however I do notice a difference.. which is good..Taking some of the edge off but the pain is still great.. we will see when I have had a regular day of several doses at proper times...

Looking outside tonight the rain is pounding and my dog keeps growling at the back bedroom door, as if someone is outside the glass French doors. My son is sleeping on the couch with the TV on. I believe the rain slapping the back door is bothering the dog! He spooks easy!

This morning early we had some really knarly Thunder!
