Since it is your diagram perhaps you could tell us if it relates to anything.

But if I said what I thought it was related to, then I would not actually know if my diagram was related to anything .

Do you see the diagram  relates to anything?

The nearest thing to what you have is the volume of a sphere.

Why do you have just r and then c3?

It is not r and then c , it is rc≥  , c representing light, rc the radius of light.
